In Japan, most rental contracts require a joint guarantor — usually a family member who agrees to cover your rent if you cannot. A rent guarantee company takes on that role instead. If a rent payment is ever missed, we pay the owner on your behalf, which means you can sign a lease without asking anyone to act as your guarantor.

PLANS & PRICING
Most guarantee companies charge an initial fee plus either an annual renewal fee of around ¥10,000 or an ongoing monthly fee. We charge once, at the start, so the longer you stay, the less you pay overall.

FAQ
The initial guarantee fee is 100% of one month's rent, paid once when you sign. There are no renewal fees and no monthly fees, so nothing further is due after that.
No. Ours is a one-time fee, so there is no additional cost however many years you stay.
